About

I was born in Ecuador but raised in Colombia. I moved to Miami in 2001 then to New York in 2007 for grad school.

Music

I started playing in rock and metal bands and then played in a college jazz band in Miami. I studied classical guitar as well as jazz guitar. I incorporate elements of both in my music as well as influences from classical music in general encompassing all musical periods. I write constantly for guitar and ensembles.
