About

Pianist Jon Lee has thrilled audiences throughout the United States in venues including Symphony Hall in Boston, Abravanel Hall in Salt Lake City, and Benaroya Hall in Seattle, and has performed as soloist with the Fort Worth Symphony, Boston Pops Orchestra, and Utah Symphony.

A prizewinner of several competitions, Mr. Lee captured top prizes in at the San Diego, Seattle, District of Columbia, and Boston.

An active chamber musician, Mr. Lee formed the Alden Trio in 2013, which has performed throughout the Bay Area.

In addition to his music interests, Mr. Lee pursued a Master’s degree in computer science at the Massachusetts Institute of Technology. Combining his interests in music and technology, Jon wrote an iPad app called MusicPodium to make score reading more portable. He continues to explore projects to advocate and share his enthusiasm for classical music. More information is available at jonleepiano.com.
