Join us for a Massivemuse in Claymont's huge and beautiful Octagon for some music magic! We're bringing in Chris Schmitt, the President's Own Marine Band Pianist, taking some time off from White House duty to join us in Jefferson County! He'll be joined by celebrated young violinist Henry Flory.
They'll be conjuring some Mozart and Franck's monumental Violin Sonata.
Then we'll break for campfire good times -- s'mores-a-plenty, a contact improv jam and a show and tell around the fireplace! We'll close the evening with a late night performance of Bach's epochally great Chaconne in D Minor or Solo Violin -- often referred to as the single greatest piece ever written - performed under a 500-old oak tree on the land.
Can't wait to see you there!
NOTE: If you want to camp for the night, you can buy camping tickets here.
