About
I was born in Arizona and my musical journey began during the 2000 Olympic Games when as a toddler, I heard the theme song so many times I picked it out on a keyboard. Since then I've been lucky to gather most of my memories, friends, and insights into human nature one way or another through music. I received my Bachelor's and Master's degrees from The Juilliard School in New York, and have since lived in London and Berlin, where I am based now. I come back to the US fairly frequently and always enjoy performing for old and new friends. (More information about my professional activities can be found here: www.annahan.net)
Music
I play a lot of solo piano repertoire and string chamber music. Some of favorite composers (today) include Schumann, Bartok, Brahms, and Schubert, but really, there is so much good repertoire out there, including by composers less well known. I just play pieces that I believe audiences will fall in love with.
