About

Hannah Leland is an active soloist, chamber musician, orchestral violinist, and teacher in the Portland area. She completed her doctorate in violin at Arizona State University in 2015 and recently moved back to Portland to be closer to family. As half of the violin piano duo, Duo Odéon, Hannah performs, researches, and lectures on the music of George Antheil and other early twentieth century American composers. She is a member of the Portland Opera orchestra, Arizona Opera orchestra, Oregon Mozart Players, and the faculty string quartet at George Fox University.
