Hello everyone! I’m so excited to be hosting this wonderful event in my flat. Alex is an amazing cellist, and he’s been working on his EP for a few years now. I’ve heard some working pieces for it, and Alex’s work is whimsical and haunting. So, I’m thrilled to host his new work in my home. Bring snacks and drinks if so inclined, and let’s get over the middle of the week blues together.
What's the music?
Cello arrangements and adaptations of piano works by Brahms, Chopin and Thelonious Monk, along with original songs from The Silver Hour EP. Written and performed by Alex Ellsworth.
