Before your long thanksgiving dinner, come by and take a moment to have a cup of coffee and a bagel and enjoy a live classical music concert in an apartment with a view of the skyline. On election evening, If you witnessed, as I did, the horror of seeing Donald Trump's face projected on the Empire State building when they were declaring him the winner- and want to see the building in an entirely different and untraumatic context- please come to the groupmuse concert in my apartment (but his face will remain a horror, I know). More details - It's BYOB (bring your own bagels, to go with the coffee) And you can leave by 2:30 pm-ish to get to your meal on time. As with my last groupmuse, the wonderful musician Kenny Wang is organizing the other equally wonderful musicians.
What's the music?
Brahms sextet #1 op.18
With Mariya Polishchuk (Violin 1) and Arman Alpyspaev (Viola 1)
