We live on Bay Street, just across from Fort Mason. It's relatively easy to get here by bus, and parking is easier than in many SF neighborhoods. We'll serve wine, beer and snacks - but feel free to bring something if you'd like. Maybe this will be a good way to start your evening since we're close to everything in downtown SF (or end the evening if you like to eat early.
What's the music?
The program will feature a variety of duos, featuring Violin, Viola, and Cello, and Piano, and conclude with a new composition by San Francisco composer Danny Clay.
Manuel de Falla - 7 Spanish Folksongs (Violin / Piano)
Benjamin Britten - Lachrymae, reflections on a song by John Dowland (Viola / Piano)
Claude Debussy - Sonata for Cello and Piano
Danny Clay - Ocean Park, for Strings and Harmonium
