This is a groupmuse

A live concert in a living room, backyard, or another intimate space. They're casual and friendly, hosted by community members.

Host

Please join us for a special encore performance by Cassie Lear, a Texas-based professional flute player with Seattle roots, and her long-time collaborator Andrew Brandon. They'll perform an exciting program of Faure, Widor, and Bozza, with some American ragtime to round out the program as a nod to Independence Day. Treats at intermission, and plenty of tunes to whistle on your way home.

Parking note: We have plenty of parking IN our driveway, so please avoid blocking the narrow street.

Allergy Alert: We have a cat and dog that live in the house. They do not go into the music room.

What's the music?

Fauré - Fantasie for flute and piano, Op. 79
Bozza - Image for solo flute, Op. 38
Bolcom - selected rags for piano
Widor - Suite for flute and piano, Op. 34
