This is the RESCHEDULE date! (Thank you so much for sticking with us through our internet outage!)
The Alighieri Duo is finally able to reunite with our regular trio partner, Khari Joyner, for his Groupmuse debut! Khari has been described by the New York Classical Review as "one of the most exciting young musicians on the classical scene" and "one of the most promising young cellists in the country" by the Atlanta Journal Constitution. He has been awarded First Prize at the Sphinx Competition and an Annenberg Foundation Career Grant.
We are excited to present the incredible Dvorak F Minor Piano Trio which is often overshadowed by the famous "Dumky". It is a romantic and symphonic journey of Dvorak's inner-most thoughts, and his best piano trio in our opinion. Khari, Nicholas, and Candace actually played this piece in our last in person concert right before COVID lockdowns started, and we can't wait to bring back this tour de force!
