About

Transparent Radiance is a trio with Sujatha Maheshwari on flute, Alexander Karvelas a.k.a. dros on sitar/oud, and Josh Mellinger on tabla/tombak. Collectively we have studied Western classical, Indian classical (Hindustani) and Middle Eastern music, and blend the sounds of these traditions into harmonious tapestries.

Music

We blend Indian classical, Middle Eastern, & Western classical music in compositions and improvisations to create a tapestry of ethereal soundscapes.
