About

Originally trained as a classical violinist and violist, I've spent the past decade investigating the archival depths of folk music from Eastern Europe and beyond. I hold a degree in music and computer science from Wesleyan University with a focus on ethnomusicology and composition.

My work frequently spans mediums and disciplines. I was the violinist in the critically acclaimed 2022 production of Indecent at the San Francisco Playhouse, and I'm a researcher on the core team of the Klezmer Archive project.

Outside of music, I run a design studio creating puzzles, escape rooms, and immersive experiences.

Music

I've performed and recorded klezmer, Balkan, and Eastern European folk music with a myriad of ensembles, including Baymele, Orchestra Euphonos, and Mahala.
