Afro-Latina Soprano Jazmin Salaberrios believes that “teacher” and “performer” should be inextricably linked, and that one should be a performer in the classroom, as well as a teacher on the stage. Salaberrios has toured the East Coast as an Emerging Artist for the Coalition of African Americans in Performing Arts, and she has also been a featured soloist for Clark Atlanta University, Delaware State University, Grace Church, Crestwood Christian Church, 105 Voices of History National HBCU Choir, 16 Legacy Voices, Delaware Master Player's Series, University of Kentucky Opera Theater Gala 2020, Opera Lex Encore 2022, USA President’s National Prayer Breakfast, United States Dover Air Force, Siena Summer Music in Italy, Kentucky Opera, Bayview Music Festival in Michigan (which included being part of the The American Negro Spiritual Intensive program), and the Berlin Opera Academy in Germany. In addition to performing, Salaberrios has a background in education, having taught for three years
