About

The Clarinet-Guitar duo of Roi Karni and Ohad Niceberg is a one-of-a-kind ensemble. It is a wonderful collaboration and a melting pot of various styles and genres of music. We are currently searching for venues to perform our latest concert program based on mainly Brazilian choro music, and several songs composed by the virtuoso Guitarist Yamando Costa. Alongside these exciting fresh adaptations for our flexible ensemble, we are very passionate to share some other musical surprises on the way!
Our Duo is an interesting meeting of musical minds, as Ohad is a jazz guitarist and Roi is a classically trained clarinetist. We met by being roommates in a big musical apartment at the time when both of us were students: Ohan in the New school and Roi in Juilliard. Since then, we worked on several different musical fronts, including composing some original works as well. Roi and Ohad are active musicians separately, but when joined, a new sound is created.
