I am a double bassist from Boston. I am the first-call extra with the Boston Symphony Orchestra & Boston Pops Orchestra, the first female principal bass of the Boston Pops Esplanade Orchestra, and I teach at Berklee College of Music. I LOVE to play solo music and let people hear how beautiful the double bass is!

Music

I perform mostly classical music - some of it is old and some is new but it's all beautiful. You might hear me play Faure, Ravel, Debussy, Bottesini, or some living composers like David Heyes, Simón García, Luís Pérez, Kellach Waddle, or something on pop radio like Carol King, the Weeknd, or a-ha! I almost always perform a few pieces with my dad accompanying me on guitar!
