About
Michael is currently a violinist in New York City. He received his Masters degree in 2018 on a full tuition award and fellowship from Yale University.
He has performed as soloist with Giovanni Chamber Orchestra, Mainly Mozart Festival, the Symphony of the Americas, and has appeared in halls such as Alice Tully, Symphony Space, Kravis Center, and Carnegie Hall. When he was twelve, he gave his debut at the Kravis center with the Palm Beach Orchestra. He won first prize in the Federation of Music Clubs where he was presented with the Irene Muir Memorial Award for most promising musician. In the concert review by Ruggiero Ricci stated, “Michael shows a great love for the music, combined with a beautiful tone, impeccable intonation and a unique style that sets him apart from many of the artists performing today."
Michael performs regularly throughout New York, Connecticut, and Florida giving solo violin recitals as well as violin/piano duo concerts.
