Aspect Chamber Music Series presents Music in the Times of Crisis, a video series narrated by accomplished musicologists and art historians that highlights musical pieces written in times of historical trauma, and the beauty and comfort that can come from great works of art. A series that began following the cancelation of in-person chamber music concerts due to the COVID-19 pandemic, Music in the Times of Crisis was created to give audiences an opportunity to continue listening, learning and persevering. If curiosity is the nemesis of apathy and boredom, Aspect hopes to pique yours and, in the absence of live concerts, nourish your soul and spark some enthusiasm in these dark and uncertain times.
