The name, Amira, has several meanings in the Arabic and Hebrew languages - “one who speaks”, “eloquence”, “princess”, “statement". The ability to speak without words is the quintessential musical experience, and it is the mission of the Amira Piano Trio to speak through music, to reach the imagination of our audience, and to communicate in a language that needs no translation.
