Kyle Barrett Price, Artistic Director and Founder of the Caroga Lake Music Festival and Caroga Arts Collective, was named First Prize winner of the 2018 Schubert Club Competition, Grand Prize winner of the 2015 Yamaha Young Performing Artists Competition, Grand Prize winner of the 2017 Coltman Chamber Music Competition with the KASA Quartet, and Honorable mention in the 2017 Gershwin International Music Competition. Kyle completed his Doctor of Musical Arts and Master of Music at the University of Wisconsin-Madison under the mentorship of Uri Vardi and Bachelor of Music at the Cleveland Institute of Music under the tutelage of Merry Peckham. Kyle currently serves as Principal Cellist of Wisconsin Philharmonic and La Crosse Symphony (WI) and founding cellist of the KASA Quartet.
