Cambridge Philharmonic
Chamber Orchestra
About
The Cambridge Philharmonic is a chamber orchestra based in Cambridge, MA.
The CPO brings together nontraditional artists in spaces and venues that change the way music is experienced. The CPO commissions music from local, living composers, and showcases local players as much as possible.
Sam Stapleton is music director, conductor, and a violinist for the CPO. Prior to leading this ensemble, Sam was integral in the creation of the Boston New Music Initiative. From 2009-2012 he also conducted and performed with the Boston String Players.
