Too Many Trombones
Trombone Choir
About
Too Many Trombones amasses skilled professional, amateur, and student trombonists from the Greater Boston region to perform for community arts events.
Directed by trombonists Gabe Langfur and C. Neil Parsons, Too Many Trombones debuted at the first annual Make Music Boston, playing concerts in Copley Square and Boston Common on June 21, 2014.
In 2015, Make Music Boston and the Rose Fitzgerald Kennedy Greenway commissioned trombonist Norman Bolter to compose an original score to be played in the Greenway, inspired by its parks and public artworks. Too Many Trombones premiered the piece, conducted by Bolter, on Sunday, June 21, 2015.
If you play trombone and would like to join in the fun, let us know. There's always room for more!
