American-born soprano Madelaine Matej has delighted audiences on three continents with her agile voice and full sound. She specializes in the soubrette operatic repertoire, early music, and contemporary music, but she enjoys singing from a variety of genres. Madelaine currently lives in Cleveland, OH, where she is pursuing a Ph.D. in Musicology while continuing to study and teach voice. Madelaine frequently performs with violinist James MacQueen.
