Radius Ensemble believes classical music gets a bad rap for being too stuffy and we want to help change that. We are working on breaking down barriers with our subscription series at Longy, and hope we can get a new generation of listeners interested by performing at intimate house concerts. Who are we? Radius is a professional chamber music group interested in reaching out to new audiences. Our group includes strings (violin, viola, cello), piano, winds (flute, oboe, clarinet, bassoon and horn) but we will put together a small group of 3-5 musicians depending on your space and whether you have a piano.
