About

Robert Bekkers obtaining his Bachelors and Masters degree at the Conservatory of Maastricht, studied in Italy, and enrolled at the NEC to work towards his DMA under the inspiring guidance of visionary artist Eliot Fisk. He is a professor of guitar at Gordon College, teaches in the Hingham community at the South Shore Conservatory, and performs concerts and recitals, both as soloist as well as in a variety of chamber music ensembles and orchestra. "...I always strive to create meaningful content to my program, which I believe adds a whole new layer to the experience of the listener..."
