About

Hello! I’m Hee-Soo, a violinist from Vancouver, Canada, who is currently pursuing a Master’s degree at The Juilliard School in New York. I have received my Bachelor’s degree from the New England Conservatory in Boston.

A few fun facts:
I love dogs and music equally. They are both pretty rad.
Not a huge fan of tomatoes. Don’t hate them, I just don’t like them very much either (although I will admit one of my favourite shirts has a very prominently placed tomato on it).
My favourite colour is green, but not just any green. You know that Crayola colour “forest green”? That green.

Music

I am classically trained, but I am down to play anything! Anything from solo to small ensemble stuff.

As far as classical music goes, my two favourite composers are Mozart and Bartok. I do play a wide variety of music though, anything from Baroque to contemporary music.
