About

Originally from Minnesota, I studied at the Cleveland Institute of Music in Ohio before beginning my career with the United States Air Force Band in Washington DC. After that, I spent some time performing with orchestras all across the midwest while teaching at a university in South Dakota before the opportunity opened up to move to New Orleans to join the Louisiana Philharmonic Orchestra.

My favorite composers to perform are Beethoven and Prokofiev, both in chamber music and full orchestral settings.
