I wanted to play tuba since the third grade, but I was too small so they gave me a euphonium to play for a few years. I have been playing in band and orchestra and chamber groups ever since. I got a bachelor's of music and then a master's of music in tuba, during which I had a great time playing with traditional groups as well as pop and pep bands. Did you know that people play beautiful solos on the tuba? I may be able to change your mind about my instrument.

Music

The standard brass quintet and tuba quartet repertoire tends to be a bit later than Bach, Mozart, and Beethoven, although many good arrangements exist.
