Our program spans over three centuries and features compositions for flute and an accompanying plucked instrument (lute, guitar). It includes settings of Psalms by the flutist Jacob Van Eyck and lutenist Nicolas Vallet, as well as folk tunes of Scotland and Ireland set by the 18th-century composers Francesco Barsanti, Turlough O'Carolan, James Oswald and others.
