A Holy Night Out: Handel's Messiah

The reds, greens, and whites. The incessant jangle of Christmas music. The cozy good cheer — there’s no doubt about it: the Holidays are here. And for those of us committed to classical music, that means, among other things, Handel’s Messiah - that ocean of devotion, packed with energy, melody, and reverence.

And, big surprise - we’ve got a Messiah Night Out ready just for you! The home-grown world-class early music ensemble Boston Baroque is unleashing this most festive of masterpieces on us, and you’ve got to be there. The mega-talents of soprano Amanda Forsyth, mezzo Ann McMahon Quintero, tenor Thomas Cooley, and baritone Andrew Garland will be brought to bear for a quite the holy night.
