Hipsters, flipsters and finger-poppin' daddies, knock me your lobes: Snap out of the late-winter doldrums with this Groupmuse event at Sky & Al's home in beautiful Inwood. We look forward to welcoming you for an intimate, late afternoon live performance by Instruments of the People. This eclectic duo, Francisco Roldán and Danny Mallon, create a multicultural music experience with a repertoire that features Bambuco, Blues, Danza, Joropo, Porro, Tango and more, showcasing music from Columbia, Cuba, the Dominican Republic, Spain, the United States and Venezuela.
Bring your good cheer and whatever you'd like to drink, and we'll provide some light snacks. Wrap up your weekend and get ready to welcome spring with some great music and friendly company.
[Music-appreciating children who can sit quietly during the performance and are gentle with the dog will be welcome. Feel free to contact us with any questions.]
