Host
Cosa Nostra Strings is a genre bending quintet (Trombone/bass, violin, viola, cello, and percussion) on Jazz Mafia Records. We perform in in many styles, including jazz, rock, and hip hop. Our string players hold classical degrees from the Peabody Institute and San Francisco Conservatory. Program will be half classical, mostly baroque, but with a dash of 2nd viennese school, and half original compositions in the jazz/classical fusion vein.
