This is a groupmuse

A live concert in a living room, backyard, or another intimate space. They're casual and friendly, hosted by community members.

Host

Hello Group Musers!
We are a professional ensemble called Mistral, and have a regular concert series, but this Group Muse will be the dress rehearsal for our concerts over the weekend. We're eager to make our performances more visible and accessible to younger audiences, and we're all about connecting with our community. (We're hoping that if you know us already and were planning coming to our concert on Sunday, you still will!)

We'll play gorgeous music by composers who mattered most to Proust in his writing- with a pastiche of poignant selections by Fauré, Franck, Debussy, Wagner, Chopin, and Beethoven. Immerse yourselves in Proust’s genius which lies in his ability to capture the sensory experience and imaginary dimension of musical experience. Short readings!

We're excited to meet all of you! This will be a 2 hour + rehearsal, but you may leave quietly at any time. Come at 6pm, please, to mingle and drink some wine; Rehearsal will begin at 6:30. There will also be an intermission.
