We live on Bay Street, just across from Fort Mason. It's relatively easy to get here by bus, and parking is easier than in many SF neighborhoods. We'll serve wine and beer along with a few nibbles - but feel free to bring something, especially more nibbles, if you'd like. We're in the heart of the Marina, an easy walk to many restaurants in the Marina, Fisherman's Wharf, Russian Hill and Pacific Heights.
What's the music?
Local pianist Ian Scarfe is joined by Canadian violinist Edwin Huizinga, on tour from his home in Toronto.
Edwin and Ian will present a program of Classical and Romantic works for violin and piano, with the "main course" of the evening being Maurice Ravel's exotic and jazz-infused Violin Sonata.
