Host
Hello,
I am excited to host 3 wonderful musicians in my home for an intimate classical concert. Here are the Details!
Jerimiah Owens, Therese Carmack and Anna Christine Woiwood are a new trio in Colorado. They are excited to bring you a colorful and intimate concert of vocal and solo piano music! The program ranges from Weill to Debussy with some stops in contemporary music along the way. Bring your family and friends for the first Groupmuse concert of the Spring!
This concert is presented through Groupmuse-a platform enabling communities to come together around great art; an online social network that connects young classical musicians to local audiences through concert house parties. Share the great masterpieces of music with old and new friends — in your living room and throughout your city.
There is a donation of $10 per person that goes directly to the musicians, but of course, you're always welcome to kick in more! Let's show our support to these lovely artists.
ARTIST BIOS:
Therese Carmack graduated Summa cum laude with high honors from the University of Colorado, Colorado Springs, with a double major in philosophy and music. She is a recipient of the Outstanding Graduate Award in Music, three-time recipient of the Honors Ensemble Scholarship, and winner of the Pikes Peak Opera League Young Voice Competition. She will be pursuing her Master of Music at Eastman School of Music in Rochester, New York beginning this fall.
Concert pianist Jerimiah Owens has gained much renown in the communities of Denver and New York City. Jerimiah Owens was born into a family of musicians and began performing at age 5. In addition to performing in master classes with Olga Kern, Andrew Cooperstock and William Goldstein, Mr. Owens has performed at such venues as Schmitt Hall, Onofrio Hall, Trinity Church, DSA Concert Hall, The Broadmoor Hotel, and Lamont School of

with a focus in piano performance and a minor in operatic and jazz vocal performance.
Anna Christine Woiwood is a graduate of the University of Northern Colorado, where she sang Magda in La Rondine, Helena in A Midsummer Night’s Dream, and Flora in La traviata. She was an apprentice with Opera Fort Collins and sang the role of the Mother in Amahl and the Night Visitors, Siebel in Faust and covered the role of Liù in Turandot. During graduate school, she sang the role of Anna in Nabucco throughout the Wiesbaden area in Germany. This past summer she covered Fiordiligi in the Geneva Light Opera’s production of Cosi fan tutte.
