I am pleased to invite you to hear the up-and-coming Emergence Quartet, a group that specializes in performing string quartets on period instruments in a historically-informed way. In 2014, the Emergence Quartet gave critically acclaimed performances on the Society for Historically Informed Performance series, and were featured on NPR's "On Point" with Tom Ashbrook. Hearing them perform in a small space in a salon atmosphere is the perfect way to hear this repertoire. Please join us for this special experience! www.emergencequartet.com
