Last Minute Groupmuse!
Pianist Yannick Rafalimanana is back (from Paris!) to play for Project Music Heals Us, a great new series bringing music to the infirm in CT. In advance of their concerts and outreach, the musicians from this series want to share their work with you, New York!
We are close to the ABCD trains, and close-ish to the 1 train. Parking on Hamilton Terrace is better than most places in NY, but by no means guaranteed. Best to take the train if possible!
What's the music?
We present a very wide variety of music for you so every one can have his moment.
Don't worry, they're all masterpieces. Here the list( full pieces and excerpts)
Brahms Clarinet Trio op.114
Britten sonata for cello and piano
Schubert 'shepperd on the rock' for voice clarinet and piano
Debussy cello sonata
Poulenc clarinet sonata
It's gonna be a blast!
