A Groupmuse Night Out in our nation's capital, at the National Museum of American History?! What an absolute treat of an experience! We are thrilled to be partnering up with the Smithsonian Chamber Music Society for their fall season with featured musical masterpieces from the late-16th to the early 21st century, played on some of the worldโs most highly prized musical instruments. This will be one concert you do not want to miss, and with tickets for Groupmusers at 50%+ off, there's no reason to!
Come one hour early, because your ticket includes a pre-concert lecture with SCMS Artistic Director Kenneth Slowik, who will shed light on the life and times of J.S. Bach, as well as some background info about the glorious music you're about to hear.
This program and its artists are subject to change.
This concert takes place at the Nicholas and Eugenia Taubman Hall of Music, National Museum of American History, 14th St. and Constitution Ave., NW (Metro: Federal Triangle). Upon arrival at the museum, please check-in at the Will Call table in Constitution Ave lobby, then proceed upstairs to the 3rd floor to the Taubman Hall of Music.
