We are super stoked to host Lisa Liu and Adrienne Reed, an incredible guitar and accordion jazz duo, in our relaxed Potrero Hill loft. These two have played all over the world, and you can expect bright & kinetic manouche, jazz, and a side of folk. It’s been a dark start to the fall, but also a reminder to celebrate things that are important to us - community, connection, music, and curiosity. Doors open at 6pm and the show starts at 6:30pm sharp. Come relax, meet some new and old friends, sip some wine, and enjoy the music. Lisa has truly played all over the world, and is a true master of her craft. Adrienne is strongly influenced by her French heritage and is the founding member of the all-female club ensemble Lulu Swing. Both are incredible, and I can’t wait to hear them perform together.

Where does this music come from?
We'll be playing as a guitar and accordion duo in the style of Django Reinhardt, a genre of music that originated in France in the 1930s. It was heavily influenced by Louis Armstrong, Swing and WWII. Songs will be sung in French and English to bridge the 2 worlds of France and American Jazz.
