Chameleon Arts Ensemble welcomes back our Groupmuse community to the beautiful First Church of Boston for a Night Out!
We've only got 30 tickets available for this performance, and at a steal too! Only $15 (and less for Supermusers); a 50%+ discount.
Here's what CAE has to say about the program:
"Every superhero has an origin story, a beginning that illustrates their character and sets them on the path ahead. Bernsteinβs first published work offers glimpses of the giant he would become. Chinary Ung unleashes his creativity, drawing on traditional Cambodian music to push his art form forward. Beethoven takes his first steps to break free from Classical constraints, and Enescu displays feats of strength with an epic, wildly ambitious work of voluptuous romanticism, Romanian flavor, and near-impossible virtuosity."
Seating is first come first served. Groupmuse ticket buyers are instructed to pick up their tickets at Will Call.
What's the music?
Ludwig van Beethoven | Piano Quartet No. 3 in C Major
Leonard Bernstein |Sonata for clarinet and piano
Chinary Ung | Child Song for flute, violin, cello and piano
George Enescu | Octet in C Major, Op. 7 (1900)
