Please join us for an evening of classical piano and conversation with Stefano Miceli. A Steinway Artist (Hamburg, Germany) since 2011 and 2023 recipient of high honors from the President of Italy, Stefano has performed in Carnegie Hall, Boston, Chicago, Beijing, Tbilisi, Saigon, Melbourne, and throughout Europe as a soloist and a conductor. Doors open at 7:30 pm and music starts around 8. Wine, beer, cheese and seltzer are provided and feel free to bring a beverage to share.

Maestro Miceli combines refined programming about classical iconic masterpieces with inspiring talks about creative and emotional approaches to the classical music repertoire. Audiences are invited to interact and comprehend the background motivations behind their music appreciation.

Stefano Miceli has established a reputation as one of the foremost Italian pianists and conductors performing today. He has earned the applause of audiences at Sydney Opera House, Leipzig Gewandhaus, Berliner Philharmonie, Fenice Opera House, Carnegie Hall, Beijing’s Forbidden City Concert Hall, Donizetti Opera Bergamo, Boston Theatre, Melbourne Arts Center and in Tbilisi, Bangkok, Saigon, Hanoi, Milan, Rome, Napoli, Washington DC, and Lugano, Switzerland.

Stefano has earned great acclaim with many orchestras, including the Salzburg Orchestra, Leipzig Philharmonic, Chamber Orchestra of La Scala, Australian Symphony, La Fenice Orchestra of Venice, European Symphony Orchestra, Orchestra Victoria, Beijing Symphony Orchestra, Milano Metropolitan Orchestra, Royal Bangkok Symphony, Slovak Philharmonic, Dallas Virtuosi, Orchestra Sinfonica Italiana, Saigon Opera House Orchestra, El Sistema orchestras, Moldova Philharmonic, among others.
He has previously been the Principal Guest Artist of the Cameristi della Fenice in Venice, Principal Guest Artist and Conductor of the Leipzig Philharmonic Orchestra at the Gewandhaus, Leipzig (Germany) and Conductor-in-Residence of the Orchestra Sinfonica Italiana.
In 2016 and 2019, Stefano was honored with the Abraham Lincoln Medal from the New York’s Union League. Additionally, he was awarded the distinguished Silver Medal by the President of the Republic of Italy (2008, Rome, Italy) in recognition of his performances and commitment to education.
In December 2018, he received the "Award of Excellence in Performing Arts" from the American Society of Friends of Teatro Alla Scala.

Stefano Miceli serves as the President of the Milano Metropolitan Orchestra and is the Founder of the Greenwich Piano Institute located in New York City, Greenwich, CT, and Locust Valley, LI as well as the international festival ‘Chicago Salon Piano Series'.

Since 2011, Stefano has held the distinguished title of Steinway Artist in Hamburg, Germany.
On June 2, 2023, the President of Italy, Sergio Mattarella, conferred upon him the honor of 'Cavaliere dell’Ordine al Merito della Repubblica Italiana.'
Stefano resides in New York City, where he allocates a portion of his time to the advancement of classical music education and offers mentorship to international artists and emerging talents via the Miceli Arts Foundation.
