Host

We will host our first Groupmuse with harpist Amy Ahn playing solo.

Amy Ahn ([email protected]) is the principal harpist of the Stockton Symphony and an award-winning solo harpist. She is most well known for being a versatile artist—as a multi-genre performing harpist, singer, songwriter and devoted educator.

As an orchestral musician, Ahn has held substitute and principal positions with Boston Lyric Opera, Monterey Symphony, Boston Civic Orchestra, Orchestra of Indian Hill and Peabody Symphony Orchestra.
Recently, the Peabody Symphony Orchestra recorded and performed works by Pulitzer- winning composer Du Yun, as part of The Ruth Blaustein Rosenberg Concert Series, under the baton of Maestro Marin Alsop.

Ms. Ahn has earned degrees from UCLA, Boston Conservatory at Berklee, and the Peabody Institute of Johns Hopkins University; studying with esteemed harpists and pedagogues Lou Anne Neill, Ina Zdorovetchi, Felice Pomeranz, and Dr. June Han.
