Trio Accent est un trio international venu des États-Unis, de France et de Chine. Ils se sont rencontré a l'École Normale de Musique Alfred Cortot et présenterons un programme de musique classique et contemporaine donc des pièces de Beethoven, Doppler, Tomasi, and Beeftink.
Trio Accent is an international trio from the US, France, and China. They met while studying at Alfred Cortot's École Normale de Musique and will present a program of classical and contemporary music, including pieces by Beethoven, Doppler, Tomasi, and Beeftink.
What's the music?
Come with us on a flute-filled tour of musical eras from classical to contemporary!
We'll start with a classic - Beethoven's Variations on a theme from Mozart's "Don Giovanni." Continuing with operatic music, we'll move into the Romantic era with Doppler's "Zampa" duo. Then, some eccentric pastorales by 20th century French Composer Henri Tomasi. And finally, the music of today with "Birds" by Dutch-American film composer Herman Beeftink.
