This is a Groupmuse Night Out

Explore the wider world of music outside Groupmuse with exclusive discounts to local concerts.

Celebrated by The New Yorker as one of its "art and music top picks", by Time Out as an "ensemble devoted to multidisciplinary events" and by Broadway World as “a wholly authentic, visually and aurally compelling experience”, CreArtBox has solidified its presence as one of the preeminent classical music organizations in New York City. And we are so excited to partner with them for a Night Out on November 14th!

They've been at it for 10 years as an organization, creating and producing live art performances, merging classical and contemporary music. And so, to celebrate they'll be presenting Pictures at an Exhibition by Modest Mussorgsky (the first piece they ever premiered back in 2013), in combination with new music composed by their resident composer Andrea Casarrubios, and Saint-Saëns, and Rachmaninov.

We've got a stack of discounted tickets available for only $15 a pop, and $5 for Supermusers! This price also includes a complimentary post-concert reception as well, for more opportunities to connect with your fellow music lovers!

Check out CreArt Box's website here.

Groupmuse ticket buyers are instructed to pick up their tickets at a table in the entrance prior to showtime. Groups wishing to sit together are instructed to purchase tickets under a single reservation.

What's the music?

Andrea Casarrubios: Afilador

Camille Saint-Saens: Piano quintet in A Minor, Op. 14

Sergei Rachmaninoff: Trio élégiaque in G Minor, No. 1

Modest Mussorgsky: Pictures of an Exhibition (transcribed for Piano, VIolin, Viola, Cello and Flute)
