Stunning rehearsal last Tuesday, expecting 32 attendees: Saturday Nov 4, 2023, Illya Bunyakyn, from TOP PRIZE WINNERS: 2023 Washington International Piano Arts Competition; 7:30pm beverage bar open; born in Donetsk, Ukraine; since hearing his balalaika teacher's daughter play piano, he was entranced with the piano, and subsequently began his artistic career; a student of Dr. Svetlana Kaplanskaya for 20 years.

You are MOST WELCOME AT MILO, music begins at 8pm. Mr Bunyakyn has a wide performance biography, hundreds of well attended house concerts and regional venues; founded 1998. EXPECTING 20-30 PAID ATTENDEES.

This is the 75th SOLOX concert at the Red Lantern at Milo, since 2010, and the 26th with GroupMuse.

Host will provide two hot hors d'oeuvres & punch for potluck reception during intermission & beginning, when doors open. Guests are welcome to bring food and wine to share as well; if considering a sweet, think about fruit instead of processed sugar. Music begins at 30 minutes after doors open, please be on time, 2 sets with 1 short intermission, or one longer set. Guests most welcome and encouraged to bring dish/drink to share/potluck, please consider bringing wine if you use it. Stemware/Ice Buckets/Filtered Water Provided.
