Pegasus is back for their 2023-2024 season, and we are thrilled to partner with them for this epic Nights Out event.
Pegasus: the Orchestra's principals join forces for a creative afternoon of programming for various wind combinations with artistic director Karén Hakobyan at the piano. The program opens with Barber's Sumer Music, Op. 31 for Wind Quintet and continues with Mozart's Quintet for piano and winds K. 452 in the first half. The second half features Three selections from Komitas's Armenian Miniatures newly arranged by Hakobyan for Wind Quintet and Piano and culminates with Poulenc's Sextet for Wind Quintet and Piano, FP 100 closing with Francaix's L'Heure du Berger, III. Les Petits.
The average ticket for this concert is selling for $30 a pop, but we've got them for our Groupmuse community members for $15 (and $10 for Supermusers!)
More information about this concert can be found on Pegasus' website.
Groupmuse ticket buyers are instructed to check in at a table by the entrance. Seating is general admission; first come, first served.
