Join your fellow Groupmusers for a Night Out with Boston's beloved chamber orchestra A Far Cry this Friday, February 3rd at 8pm at NEC's Jordan Hall!
On the docket is a program they're calling Unrequited: "a musical retelling of the love story between Clara Schumann and Johannes Brahms, whose famed letters reveal how deeply they cared for one another despite being separated. In our retelling, Clara and Johannes speak to one another through music across a chasm, vividly portrayed by Kaija Saariaho and brought to life by soprano Katharine Dain."
A Far Cry will be hosting a wine and dessert post-concert reception at Jordan Hall from 10-11pm (food and drink is included with concert admission).
More about this program can be found on A Far Cry's website.
Groupmuse ticket buyers are instructed to pick up their tickets at will call. Seats will be assigned at random, with groups purchasing seats under a single reservation seated together.
What's the music?
