Experience the beauty of the Cello Quintet (two violins, two cellos and a viola) together with backdrop of Central Park.
The program will feature Franz Schubert's masterpiece The Cello Quintet - a staple of chamber music which features lush romantic themes and thrilling virtuosic writing. Host and Cellist Elad Kabilio will share fascinating anecdotes about the music together with musical examples which will shed light on the remarkable process of chamber music writing by Schubert.
Swing by for a relaxing and lovely sunset concert - audience members are welcome to bring blankets or lawn chairs for their comfort and something to drink or snack on. Family or date night friendly.
Please note:
The intersection we provided is near where we'll be. However, look for a Groupmuse message that we'll send 3 hours prior for specific instructions on how to find us in Central Park.
If there is rain, we will announce the indoor venue as well, 3 hours prior. Thank you for being flexible with us with outdoor factors!
