Please join cellist Zachary Mowitz for a preview of his appearance at the 2022 Queen Elisabeth Cello Competition. Live-streamed from the Queen Elisabeth Music Chapel in Belgium, Zach will perform selections from the Rounds I and II of the competition with pianist Dana Propotescu. The programs includes works by Boccherini, Ysaye, Janacek, Beethoven and Stravinsky, exhibiting the many different facets of the cello repertoire. Zach will stay after the concert to answer any questions about the process of preparing for and participating in an international competition. We hope to see you there!
