South Bay Guitar Society presents three excellent pre-college classical guitarists who are students of Scott Cmiel at the San Francisco Conservatory of Music. They have already been invited to perform on the national public radio program From the Top, the Junior Bach Festival, and on the Omni Foundation Live From St. Mark’s series. They have also won prizes from the American String Teachers Association Soloist Competition, Burlingame Music Club Competition, Sierra Nevada Classical Guitar Festival, the YoungArts Foundation and more.
Reade Park, 15 years old, was recently one of only two Americans chosen by Manuel Barrueco to be a performer in the international Manuel Barrueco Pre-College Guitar Virtuosos Masterclass.
Emilia Díaz Delgado is an 11 year old who produces her own music videos and gives marvelous performances.
Conor Padmanabhan, 17 years old, is already a mature musician with a broad repertoire.
