This is a Groupmuse Virtual Premiere

An online debut of exceptionally crafted pre-recorded content, coupled with musician + audience videochat.

Come and experience Karmesha Peake bring her story to life through the power of music!

An enterprising, skilled, and extraordinarily gifted Dramatic Mezzo Soprano, Karmesha discovered her affinity for music at the age of five singing in the youth choir at Taylortown AME Zion Church. She trained at the University of Kentucky obtaining her Master's and Bachelor's in Music Performance. Karmesha now resides in NYC where she has established herself as a formidable artist in the city's thriving music community.

Karmesha’s Planetarymuse is a continuation of the conversation which began during her recent appearance in the Planetarymuse Forum. Donations to support the artist are welcome. Karmesha will receive 100% of the proceeds from the event!

{This Planetarymuse is presented by the Groupmuse Foundation’s Planetary Music Movement. A bridge-building endeavor, this movement, guides Groupmuse to overcome the historical dominance of European ethnocentrism within the classical music tradition, by celebrating historical and contemporary musical traditions of the planet, particularly and imminently through the inclusion and celebration of works by artists of African descent.
